Room Rates
$179 Single
Conference attendees are offered a special rate of $179 per night for single occupancy. Room reservations must be made by 5:00 p.m. (EST) Tuesday, February 26, 2019 to guarantee the reduced rate. Individual guests must make their own reservations. After the cut-off date, it is at the Hotel's discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. Guest room cancellations may be made up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date free of charge.

- Complimentary continental breakfast each morning of the conference will be provided and will include a kosher option.
Lunch
- Friday: Lunch on your own.
- Saturday: Lunch will be provided. The conference will also have halal, kosher and vegetarian lunches available, please note this preference when you register online.
Dinner
- Friday: Some themed dinners, led by a conference participant, will be available for sign-up when you check-in at registration.
- Friday Night Shabbat Dinner: As Friday night begins the Jewish Sabbath, Jewish colleagues will be hosting a Sabbath dinner that night that is open to all interested conference attendees. The pricing for the Sabbath dinner (salad, entree, dessert, challah and wine) is $50.00. Please note this preference and include appropriate payment when you register online.
- Saturday: A reception during the Poster Session will be held in the hotel.
