We are pleased to be holding our 4th annual conference at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge on March 6-8, 2015. The hotel overlooks the Boston skyline and boasts stunning views of the scenic Charles River and downtown Boston. The Hyatt Regency Cambridge is surrounded by renowned colleges and universities such as Harvard, MIT, Boston University and Boston College. It is located by Harvard Square and is near both Boston and Cambridge’s city center.

Room Rates
$159 Single or Double
Conference attendees are offered a special rate of $159 per night for single or double occupancy. Room reservations must be made by February 11, 2015 to guarantee the reduced rate. Individual guests must make their own reservations. After the cut-off date, it is at the Hotel's discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. Guest room cancellations may be made up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date free of charge.

- Friday: The Cambridge and Boston areas are host to a wide variety of restaurants. For your convenience, the hotel will be providing a shuttle service to the following stops from 7:00am-10:00pm: Cambridge Galleria, Harvard Square, Kendall Square, Boston University West. - Saturday: Lunch will be provided. The conference will also have kosher lunch available on Saturday, please note this preference during registration.

- Friday Night Shabbat Dinner: As Friday night begins the Jewish Sabbath, Jewish colleagues will be hosting a Sabbath dinner that night that is open to all interested conference attendees. The pricing for the Sabbath dinner is $30 per person. Please note this preference and include appropriate payment in your registration.
- Saturday: There will be a dinner reception on Friday evening with kosher and vegetarian options.
