CME/CEU
Accreditation Statement
This activity is being planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Houston Methodist and the Institute for Spirituality and Health at the Texas Medical Center. Houston Methodist is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit Designation Statement
As in past conferences, CME credits will be available. While the 2020 CMR has yet to be given a specific number of credits, we anticipate it will be similar to the 2019 CMR which was designated by Houston Methodist for a maximum of 16.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Evaluation via online questionnaire will address online content, presentation and possible basis. An email will be sent from cme@HoustonMethodist.org the week following the end of the activity with the necessary link to evaluate the activity and claim your credit. You will be able to print your certificate upon completion of the evaluation.
Nurses and other healthcare professionals will receive a Certificate of Participation. For information on the applicability and acceptance of Certificates of Participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME, please consult your professional licensing board.
